Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders will ship within 2–7 business days depending on the supplier. Once products are live, we’ll list exact delivery times on each product page.
Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes. All orders will include a tracking link sent to your email as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Returns & Exchanges:
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes — we plan to offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items. Full details will be confirmed when our product range goes live.
Q: My product has arrived damaged - what should I do?
A: Please email us at info@furrycherub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and we’ll sort it quickly.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We will allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering, but this is only if your product has not been shipped. If you product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.
